Recruiter Intern – SGA (On-Site, Saratoga Springs)

The Role
- On-site Recruiter Intern in our Saratoga Springs office
- Commitment: at least two to four days per week
- A crucial member of the recruiting team, supporting client-candidate interactions and refining our processes
Key Responsibilities
- Build talent pools for the recruiting team to recruit
- Source and recruit talent to fill temporary and project-based roles
- Coordinate and schedule client/candidate interviews; ensure timely communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and screen potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates across multiple roles
- Communicate SGA policies and referral programs to new hires to strengthen the referral network
- Assist with research on competitive total compensation strategies to attract top talent
Position Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Entrepreneurship (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of office experience
- Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields a plus
- Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with common office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be an expert in Excel and google documents
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
