Recruiter Intern – SGA (On-Site, Saratoga Springs)

The Role

  • On-site Recruiter Intern in our Saratoga Springs office
  • Commitment: at least two to four days per week
  • A crucial member of the recruiting team, supporting client-candidate interactions and refining our processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Build talent pools for the recruiting team to recruit
  • Source and recruit talent to fill temporary and project-based roles
  • Coordinate and schedule client/candidate interviews; ensure timely communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and screen potential candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates across multiple roles
  • Communicate SGA policies and referral programs to new hires to strengthen the referral network
  • Assist with research on competitive total compensation strategies to attract top talent

Position Requirements

  • Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Entrepreneurship (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of office experience
  • Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields a plus
  • Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with common office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be an expert in Excel and google documents
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
