SGA H. Care Staffing is Hiring Registered Nurses with Cardiac Care Experience (Per Diem) — Start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse practitioners during procedures.
Prepare the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior to surgery.
Maintain sterility and safety before, during, and after procedures.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout hospitalization.
Collaborate with circulating nurse to monitor vitals, assess skin integrity, and communicate with families during the perioperative period.
Document surgical details in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR).
Perform postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument counts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior scrub nurse experience in vascular and cardiac surgery.
CNOR Certification.
Excellent organization, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
