SGA Lists is seeking energetic, reliable, and experienced bartenders to join our team for this iconic event. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. You will play a key role in ensuring an enjoyable experience for attendees while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and event specifications.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and requests promptly and politely.
Monitor guest consumption and ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies, including ice, glassware, napkins, and garnishes.
Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide change accurately.
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning up spills and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after the event.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience required; experience working at large events is a plus.
Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be at least [age requirement based on state laws] years old and able to serve alcohol.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in a crowded, dynamic environment.
Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
TIPS (or similar) certification preferred but not required.
