Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Barback to support our bartending team and help ensure efficient bar operations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Barback, you will keep the bar fully stocked, maintain cleanliness, assist bartenders during service, and help deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies.
Refill ice bins and replace kegs as needed.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift.
Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean work areas.
Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties.
Ensure inventory is stocked and notify management of low supplies.
Help receive and organize deliveries.
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Support the team to provide prompt and friendly customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous barback or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an entire shift.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must meet the minimum legal age requirements for handling alcohol in accordance with local laws.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of basic bar operations and beverage products.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable and punctual.
