Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately handling orders and special requests with precision.
Assist with food presentation, garnishing, and proper food handling to uphold safety standards and quality.
Manage beverage service including wine knowledge, drink pairing suggestions, and responsible alcohol service.
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments smoothly while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain a clean, organized work station; bus tables promptly; support overall event flow to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food industry, including culinary or banquet service roles.
Strong guest services background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper serving techniques.
Experience with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink presentation.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing are required.
