Job Description:
As a professional Cleaner /Housekeeper, you will be responsible for upholding high cleaning standards while providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. Integrity and attention to detail are essential skills that you will bring to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Friendly Service: Maintain a positive customer service demeanor while interacting with guests, clients, and co-workers, adapting to their needs as required.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep all assigned areas—including corridors and ancillary spaces—neat, clean, and sanitary to ensure the safety and health of everyone around.
- Judgment and Inspection: Evaluate and apply appropriate cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines, using your judgment to determine the best methods for each situation.
- Safe Equipment Use: Demonstrate safe and efficient use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions, as monitored by your supervisor.
- Disinfection and Sterilization: Utilize germicides and sterilizing equipment to disinfect and sterilize necessary supplies and equipment.
- Trash and Hazardous Material Disposal: Adhere to universal precautions when handling trash and bio-hazardous materials.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep your housekeeping cart stocked with essential equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all chemicals are properly labeled and equipment is well maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong interpersonal relationships and maintain a professional demeanor at all times, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in enhancing departmental productivity and efficiency while committing to your professional growth through training and development.

Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Physical Requirements:
- This role may involve physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, as well as extended walking and standing.
- Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
