Currently, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our Waltham team to support our clients and enhance guest satisfaction.

Position Overview:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service while ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create the inviting atmosphere our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize banquet venues to achieve superior quality and presentation.
Attend to guest inquiries and needs promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with the kitchen and staff to ensure the availability and timely service of all food and beverages.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue and work areas.
Uphold compliance with health codes, dress codes, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food hygiene practices.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for managing transactions and tabulations.
Availability to work late-night shifts and extended hours is essential.
Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
