We provide the tools, training, and support for success. You bring the drive, the energy, and the hunger to close.

What you'll do:

Prospect and win new clients, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
Learn each client's staffing needs and present solutions that fit.
Negotiate rates and contracts, and close deals.
Grow existing accounts by building trusted, long-term relationships.
Work closely with our recruiting team to make sure placements are filled quickly and well.
Track activity and results in our CRM and hit monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay current on healthcare staffing trends and the competitive landscape.

What we're looking for:

1+ years of sales experience (healthcare, staffing, or B2B sales a plus).
A competitive, results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or beating targets.
Real passion for sales and for building relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own pipeline.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

What we offer:

Base salary starting at $55,000, plus bonus.
Uncapped earning potential: the more you close, the more you earn.
The tools, training, and resources you need to succeed.
A supportive team that celebrates wins together.
Room to grow your career with a company that's growing fast.
