SGA Talent is looking for a driven, sharp, early-career professional to join our team in a role built for growth. This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing one thing — you'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team across recruiting, sales, and internal operations, learning the staffing and recruiting business from the ground up. What You'll Do

  • Recruiting: Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles across our client base; learn to evaluate talent and match it to business needs
  • Sales & Business Development: Support outreach to prospective clients, help build and maintain relationships, and contribute to growing SGA Talent's book of business
  • Internal Coordination: Help keep the team organized — scheduling, tracking pipelines, coordinating projects, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks
  • Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the CEO and senior team members, gaining hands-on exposure to how strategic decisions are made in a staffing firm
  • Learn the Business: Build a genuine understanding of the recruiting and staffing industry — from candidate sourcing to client development to firm operations — with a clear path to grow into greater ownership as you prove yourself

What We're Looking For

  • Recent college graduate (or equivalent experience) eager to start a career in recruiting, sales, or business operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can represent the firm professionally with clients and candidates alike
  • Comfortable with technology; quick to learn new tools, platforms, and systems (CRM, ATS, sourcing tools, etc.)
  • Results-driven mindset — you care about outcomes, not just activity
  • High willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt
  • Self-starter energy — someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not an obstacle
  • No prior staffing/recruiting experience required — we'll teach you the business
