SGA Lists and SGA H Care Staffing are seeking recruiters to join our teams. This is a Monday through Friday primarily position supporting a fast paced results driven team.

We need energetics professionals that is well organized, has exceptional multi-tasking skills and is looking for a dynamic place to enrich their career.

Requirements:

2+ years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Collaborative drive for success.
Self-motivated.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred.
Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for a variety of clients across the United States.
Search for candidates through referrals, and online tools.
Cold calling.
Travel up to 25% ( may require visiting local venues and client sites).
Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
Coordinate background checks evaluate references.
Maintain candidate database and other related files.
Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer.
Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.
