Overview As an Elite Server, you will be part of a dynamic, high-caliber team delivering superior service in a fast-paced, prestigious setting. You will play a critical role in creating memorable moments where every interaction matters and each meal is a celebration.
Responsibilities
- Warm welcomes: greet guests with genuine hospitality, escort them to their designated tables, and ensure a smooth start to their dining experience.
- Service excellence: provide attentive, professional, and timely service in a fine-dining or upscale venue environment.
- Attention to detail: maintain precision in table settings, courses, beverage service, and overall guest experience.
- Cleanliness and organization: ensure dining areas are pristine, tables are set/cleared promptly, and service stations are orderly.
- Collaboration: work closely with kitchen, bartending, and event staff to deliver seamless service and uphold brand standards.
- Safety and compliance: adhere to all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: proven experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality; hospitality or culinary background preferred.
- Communication: excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
- Detail orientation: strong focus on accuracy and presentation in all tasks.
- Flexibility: ability to work a variety of shifts (day, evening, weekends, and special events).
- Appearance and demeanor: polished, professional presentation and demeanor that reflects the event’s standards.
- Physical: ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays and service items, and move efficiently around dining spaces.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary training is a plus.
- Food safety or hospitality training (preferred).
- Responsible alcohol service certification (preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Standing for long durations; walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and service items.
- Frequent movement around dining and event areas.
