Build it. Lead it. Sell it.

SGA H Care is a growing healthcare staffing firm, and we're looking for a driven leader to own both our sales engine and our day-to-day business operations. This isn't a seat on the sidelines. You'll build the systems and processes that help us scale, lead and grow a high-performing team, and sell alongside them to win new healthcare clients.

We provide the tools, resources, and support. You bring the vision, the leadership, and the passion to drive results. Perform, and you'll have the chance to earn real ownership in the company, with no buy-in required.

What you'll do:

Build:

Design and improve the processes, systems, and workflows that keep the business running smoothly as we grow.
Set sales strategy, territories, targets, and pricing in partnership with leadership.
Put the right tools in place (CRM, reporting, dashboards) to track pipeline, placements, and performance.
Find bottlenecks across sales, recruiting, and client service, and fix them.

Lead:

Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins.
Work closely with recruiting and operations so client needs are filled quickly and well.
Report on results, forecasts, and key metrics to company leadership.

Sell:

Personally prospect and close new clients, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Own key accounts and grow them through trusted, long-term relationships.
Negotiate rates and contracts.
Represent SGA H Care at industry events and networking opportunities.

What we're looking for:

Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, staffing, or B2B sales.
Experience leading or mentoring a team, or a clear drive to step into leadership.
A builder's mindset: you see what's missing and create it.
Strong operational skills, with the ability to organize people, processes, and priorities.
Competitive, results-driven, and passionate about winning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow with the company as an owner.

What we offer:

Base salary starting at $75,000, plus commission.
Equity potential with no buy-in. Earn ownership in SGA H Care based on performance and growth, with no money out of your pocket.
A true leadership role with real influence on how the company grows.
The tools, resources, and support you need to succeed.
The chance to build something from the ground up with a fast-growing team.

Ready to build something?

If you're ready to build, lead, and sell, and to share in the success you create, we want to hear from you. Send your resume and a short note on why you're the right fit to [email / application link].

SGA H Care is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
