SGA Lists, a premier hospitality and staffing firm, is hiring an experienced Chef/Cook for a confidential private client in Saratoga Springs for the months of July and August. This is an exciting on-site opportunity at a beautiful private venue, supporting private parties and events throughout the season.

What You Will Do:

Prepare and execute high-quality meals and menus for private clients at a and premier on-site venue.
Lead or support meal preparation for private parties and special events throughout July.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Manage kitchen prep, cooking, and plating with precision and consistency.
Collaborate with household or event staff to ensure seamless service.
Adapt menus and service style to meet the client's preferences and event needs.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Manage inventory, ingredients, and kitchen organization as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a chef or cook in a private, catering, restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills across a range of cuisines and menu styles.
Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen with minimal oversight.
Professionalism and discretion when working in a private, confidential setting.
Flexibility to accommodate event schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
