Responsibilities:
  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with genuine warmth as they arrive, escorting them to their designated tables with a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately take and relay orders while attentively noting any special requests, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Artful Presentation: Serve and present dishes with flair, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of culinary excellence.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished appearance and a positive, professional attitude throughout service, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Assist in maintaining a pristine and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Dining or Catering Experience: Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale venue, showcasing a solid understanding of fine dining etiquette and operations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to with care.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of service exceeds expectations.
  • Flexible Availability: Events can be daytime, evenings, weekends, and other times for special events as needed.

Education & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus.
  • Completion of a food safety or hospitality training program to ensure compliance with industry standards - a plus
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service to demonstrate a commitment to safe and responsible serving practices - a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of trays, dishes, and other serving items.
  • Proficiency in walking, bending, and reaching to serve guests and maintain table settings.
