Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $15.00-$17.00 per hour plus tips

Job Overview:
As a Bartender, you will be the face of our distillery, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests. You will engage with customers, craft delicious cocktails, and uphold our standards for quality and service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly, understand their beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
- Drink Preparation:
- Choose and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers with flair.
- Age Verification:
- Check identification to ensure all customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol in compliance with regulations.
- Inventory Management:
- Keep track of inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked and operational.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Follow all food safety and quality regulations to maintain a clean and safe bar environment.
- Transaction Handling:
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, provide correct change, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and dining area by disposing of trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Bartender Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education, training, certifications, or relevant experience preferred.
- Must meet the state minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality with a professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills for transaction handling.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create rapport with customers.
- Strong task and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
